Fall Winter 12 / 13 - A new sweater for a head to head at home !

a: Basically, the pull is long and very narrow for my taste at the hips. It can be worn as a mini dress, but in which I was not at all comfortable.
b, c, d: So I pull open the entire length of the back ((except at the neck), then I "trimmed" with a bias emerald green wool bought in a haberdashery which sold out all his store. Here I show you worn next to the skin, but in "real life", I supperpose a top marcel.

  2. it is such a pleasure to come and visit your blog! it is always a great surprise! just a question: do we need an overlock machine to do this? I mean: how to cut the pull without loosing the thread?

    1. Hi Paula & thanks you for your visit & your comment. It's not necessary to have an overlock machine (i don't have one! (`_`)...) I cut delicately (without cutting the neck). I then "clip" the stitches left free in a bias in wool... therefore they can not be lost. Must go very slowly otherwise the pull becomes deformed. If you try, thanks to see me by link or mail contact. Hugs. sophie b.
