a: Robe en jean et stretch, taille XL, poches plaquées sur les côtés. Je l'ai récupérée juste avant la benne à textiles (le haut est déformé et la fermeture éclair du dos cassée, mais elle présente une belle quantité de matière à créer!).
b: J'ai chiné sur le marché Saint Pierre de Caen un lot de 2 petites chaises vintage. Elles ont déjà subi une tentative de réhabilitation de l'assise (le tissu marron année 70, sous lequel on aperçoit encore un peu de tissu rouge d'origine).
c: Je me souviens que c'est en feuilletant un magazine AD de l'année dernière que je suis tombée en admiration devant la palette de bleus utilisée par Gio Ponti en 1961 pour décorer l'hôtel Parco dei Principi à Sorrente (Italie). Ce n'était pas tombé dans "l'œil dune aveugle"...
d: Le projet final: (après nettoyage complet des chaises et de la robe), j'ai tendu et agrafé les 2 demi-côtés du bas de la robe (pour conserver les poches que j'ai volontairement excentrées) sur l'ancienne assise marron (j'ai ainsi pu garder un peu de moelleux à l'ensemble). Un jour peut-être, ces chaises reprendront une couleur d'assise rouge, rappelant celle d'origine, qui sait?

d: The final project (after cleaning chairs and dress), I stretched and stapled the two sides of the bottom half of the dress (to keep the pockets that I deliberately outlying) on the old brown seat (I was able to keep a little soft on the whole). One day, perhaps, these chairs will resume a seat red color, reminiscent of origin, who knows?
